Ascend - a downloadable PDF pattern

Simple, subtle and beautiful. The basket begins with a beautiful ash base and the careful placement of dyed and natural spokes. Using very fine weavers, students will then weave chase twill up the side while adding overlays to create the ascending spiral. The rim is lashed with waxed linen and the basket is completed with a round push-in handle.
